The Tyg occurs as big English mug with three or even other handles dividing the rim into sections for many drinkers. The favorite sucking down vessel in the 16th and 17th centuries. Tygs were manufactured around big quantities at Wrotham in Kent and in numbers of Staffordshire factories.
